The studio is just under 1000 square feet. The large windows face West allowing for diffused light in the morning, and direct light in the afternoon.
· If you must cancel your reservation, please do so with 24 hours or more notice. Cancellations under 24 hours before the appointment time will pay 50% of the reservation fee. For example, if you have reserved 4 hours, you would pay for 2 hours if canceling less than 24 hours before the start of your reservation.

· The studio will be clean when you arrive. This includes the restroom. Please be sure to pick up before you leave. Excessive debris or damage will result in assessment of fees.

· Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before your client to adjust lighting, display your work, set up props, etc. Allow 15 minutes after your client leaves to tear down lighting and/or clean up. Rental fees apply for setup/teardown time in excess of 30 minutes per appointment.

· Anything that could be deemed pornographic or illegal is not permitted.

· Both the photographer and model(s) must sign a liability waiver. This is available in non-creepy, clipboard fashion.

· This studio is equipped with two entry doors. You may, if you wish, direct your clients to the door near the consultation area and place an 8x10 sign of your own on the door. Or, if you prefer, design your own door sign and email a jpg file to us 24 hours prior and it will be ready when you arrive. A printing fee of $2.00 will apply.

· Not only can you use us as a consultation or shooting space, but you may also use the workstations, paper trimmers, Wi-Fi and telephone with free local & long distance!

· Firearms are not permitted without prior, written consent from the owner.
